Cvs And Its Symptoms

People may easily have their eyes strained before computers, due to the unique system of lighting. And the result is- most of them have suffered from computer-related vision problems to some extent. In most cases, all these symptoms are temporary and will disappear quickly if computers are not used. But there are still some exceptions- some people also suffer from serious vision blurriness or discomfort after stopping using computers.

Generally, people with certain vision errors may suffer more if they still over use computers. Their original symptoms will be worsened. And they suffer from greater pain and discomfort.

In fact, CVS can be prevented if proper measures are taken. For example, it is a good idea to adjust the position of chair and monitor, to reduce the harm of improper lighting and glare, etc.
