No. If schools & districts actively hire married couples, they could loose them as couples also. Judge each applicant on his own merits. If they are the best candidates for the positions, hire them.

Spouses that are hired together, tend to quit together. My wife is not happy here, so were both leaving.

If a principal has to terminate the employment one then he could loose both. If you fire my husband, Ill quit.
